CSL Unveils Next Generation of Whisper Downlights and All-New Whisper Flex

CSL (Creative Systems Lighting), a division of Hudson Valley Lighting Group (HVLG) and a manufacturer of high-performance, architecturally driven lighting solutions for commercial and residential spaces, has announced a new iteration of its Whisper downlights as well as the all-new Whisper Flex.

As a 1/2″ aperture LED recessed downlight, the CSL Whisper Standard has a footprint smaller than a dime and features CSL’s proprietary Silent Vu™ technology that allows the new generation of Whisper to produce exceptionally high-quality light for general, task or accent lighting, drawing the eye to the thoughtfully designed spaces they’re installed within rather than to the ceiling itself.

Designed with precision and the first of its kind, CSL’s Whisper Flex adjustable system is highly adaptable, tilting from 0-30° and panning 360°, allowing for install, service, and adjustment from below the ceiling. Whisper Flex also harnesses CSL’s proprietary SilentVu™️ optic technology and is offered in round or square trims in White, Black, Champagne, and Satin Aluminum. Custom colors and a decorative drop lens option are also available.

“We are thrilled to introduce this next chapter of our Whisper line to our CSL customers,” said Tracie Jahn, CSL’s National Vice President of Sales. “This class of Whisper represents a lighting solution with broad flexibility for many different types of projects. Through extensive research and development, we’re proud to evolve the Whisper line in a way that successfully remains quiet on the ceiling and powerful in performance.”

CSL Whisper delivers up to 1,063 lumens of glare-free light. The downlights are energy-efficient, meeting California Title 24-JA8 standards and are also UL-listed for Wet Location, IC, and Air Tight-Rated. Product videos available.
